Return & Exchange Policy - Modern Series
At Modern Series, customer satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions mentioned below.
Return / Exchange Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- The customer must contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 2 days of delivery.

Return & Pickup Charges
- A ₹100 return pickup charge will be applicable for all return or exchange requests.
- This charge must be paid by the customer.
- If our pickup service is not available in your location, you may send the product back using any courier service.
- In that case, no ₹100 pickup charge will be applied.
Condition of Product
- The product must be in unused and original condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to regular use or mishandling are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return / Exchange Process
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery via Email or WhatsApp.
- Our team will verify your request as per return policy terms.
- After approval, return pickup will be arranged (or the customer may courier if pickup unavailable).
- After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process your exchange or refund.
